The Polatrak Deep C Meter 3000 AD shares the capabilities of the Deep C Meter 3000, but also offers some substantial upgrades: The 3000 AD combines the ROV-II and Polatrak EFG readouts into a single new pressure housing that's smaller than before; New programmable, ultra-bright LED displays have brightness adjustments; The 3000 AD features RS-232 (standard ASCII string) digital data output, and the unit is ROV 24V DC-powered, so there's no need to open the pressure housing to change batteries.

The Deep C Meter 3000 AD kit is rated for operation to a depth of 10,000 feet (3000 m)and includes the ROV II Probe, an articulated mount and all standard replacement parts. Deepwater's survey software is also included, for collecting stab and remote electrode survey data.
